Took my car in for a break job and Alex and his crew did a great job. This is the 4th time I take one of my vehicles and never had any problems. I would definitely recommend. They do great work and prices are fair.

I took my CRV Honda for the first time to AV Automotive with a fuel pump issue. A couple of weeks later I had a Catalytic converter problem, took the CRV to them and again they did an excellent job and they are quick. First impressions are important, the gal up front is fantastic! They did great work on my vehicle! Prices are reasonable, their work ethic is excellent and they quarantee their work. I will continue to take my vehicles to A V Automotive. I definitely recommend AV Automotive to anyone with vehicle issues.

Terrible mechanic! Cadillac XT5 was blowing hot air so i had it diagnosed here. A V Automotive claimed it was the a/c compressor that needed to be changed which they ended up doing the work. A few days later, the a/c started blowing hot air again. Turns out it was the thermostat and not the a/c compressor that needed to be changed. Then they gave me a quote to have the thermostat changed. So they ended up swapping out a good working oem compressor on the XT5 for an autozone compressor, which I later found out they charged me twice as much than if I would have bought the a/c compressor myself at autozone. To make matters worse, I now have a strange noise/vibration when I step on the gas pedal which they say was like that already. I do not recommend A V Automotive. I now understand why they are not a BBB accredited business.

I had an all around good experience with this place. A V Automotive charged me about $678 and some change (including military discount) to replace my thermostat housing and my water pump. Other places were quoting much much higher. Not only did they save me money, they also saved me time by getting my car taken care of within just a few hours. I didn't mind the wait since they have an amazing receptionist along with a little coffee bar. Pretty much if you are looking for great customer service and prices that are fair, this is your place

Mark installed my camber bolts backward ruined 4 $300 tires on a road trip, AND installed front wheel bearings so LOOSE, after a brake job, the wheel almost came off. Total POS.

I have been taking my vehicles to AV Auto for almost 2 years now. Alex the owner is honest, transparent, and operates a quality repair shop. He communicates consistently through the time of service. He will repair things the correct way and make recommendations for other repairs he sees needing to be complete. I have complete faith in him and his shop and will not hesitate to continue to use him for work on my vehicles. When anyone asks me for a mechanic, I always give them Alex’s information.

The owner is awesome. You can tell a lot about a place by the employees… and they were happy and attentive. Alex (the owner) cares about his employees and customers. The communication was excellent. He took the time to explain all the steps he would use to diagnose the problem. When the car was done, I received a text message. The repair was complete and done in an excellent manner. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend AV Automative for your repair work.
