4.5 realistically, but giving them a bump based on their friendliness and service. We included a dolly in our order and they were out, but the employees were gracious and gave us a discount on boxes. I would definitely use A to Z again for U-Haul needs.

A to Z has serviced my vehicles, 4 of them, for the last 15 years, from routine oil changes to complete engine replacements. Their work is prompt, thorough, and I feel confident in their recommendations. They always go the extra mile to assure my vehicles remain safe and in working order. Experiences vary based on who you’re talking to and working with. One employee was extremely pleasant and helpful; she was the best by far. The other two men we interacted with were rude. My partner and I had waited almost an hour for an auto transport hookup to a U-Haul, and the guy said it was ready without hooking up the car. We had to ask him to do it before we left. I am injured and on crutches at the moment, so I admit his flippant attitude got on my nerves more than it regularly would. While we were inside waiting, I commented to my partner about the absurdity of expecting us to hook up the car to the auto transport, especially when we were told on the phone it wouldn’t be a problem. I guess another employee overheard and commented passive aggressively “someone came in for a last minute auto transport hookup.” My partner commented “that’d be me,” and I informed this “gentleman” we had been waiting nearly an hour. Then he recommended we go outside (during a heat advisory) to watch the hook-up. What? When we did go outside because we felt unwelcome, the employee hooking up our car was cursing about doing the hook-up. Extremely unprofessional. Wanted to give 2 stars for the sweet lady we spoke with yesterday, but those two guys today sealed the deal. I understand it’s a hard job, it’s the end of the day, and everyone wants to go home. But treating people like that is unacceptable in your place of business.

The bottom of the truck’s latch was broken and the door wouldn’t stay closed even if it was locked. They told us because we didn’t point it out before, there was nothing they could do. A rep should give every vehicle a look over beforehand, something like that shouldn’t happen. The worker wasn’t rude or anything but it was a terrible experience and we didn’t get any kind of credit for getting a broken vehicle.

Used them for u-haul. Had amazing service. Really added a personal touch when I dropped the trailer back off. Will use them again if I ever need a u-haul!

I’ve been relying on A to Z for nearly 20 years and they have never steered me wrong. Tires, oil changes, and repairs have always been reasonably priced and done very well. They also work with my 3rd-party warranty. To my recollection, they never got a diagnosis wrong. The small waiting area is quiet and has reliable WiFi so I can work while waiting. I have just one car now so that’s very important. They have always treated me and my family with respect. Having A to Z at my back has saved me a lot of stress.

I had high hopes for this shop because I was recommended it by a friend, however, I’m super disappointed with the service I received. I was told by Jeff on our original phone call that he was willing to work with my car’s lifetime warranty, yet upon his diagnosis/our next conversation he was simply giving me normal repair estimates, having not even spoken with the warranty company at all. He then told me that he would be sure to call them first thing the next morning and get back to me, which he never did. I never heard from Jeff again. I will not be returning to this shop. I feel like I got sold false goods. Very nice and convincing salesman upfront, but the follow through just isn’t there.

So I brought in my car for some normal repairs about a year ago, and the next day, A To Z informed me that someone 'attempted' to steal my catalytic converter, but they just stole some of the piping connecting the converter and they welded it back together problem solved. Well I went to get my car inspected today and found out the entire catalytic converter was stolen, and they lied to me in order to not be liable to replace it. They pretty much just did a glorified duct tape job and now I need a new converter. Such an unethical thing to do. Do NOT take your car to this shop

We’ve been taking our cars there for over 10 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Over 10 years ago my wife was driving in a snow storm and the wiper motor died. She pulled in to A to Z and they took care of the car and got her on the road home. We’ve taken our cars there ever since.

STAY AWAY! Do not rent uhauls from this company, or do any business with them for that matter. This company will claim false cleanliness or damage and steal your money. They do not provide any pictures of the fake dirtiness or damage and do not respond to your phone calls when disputing the issue. THEY DO BAD BUSINESS!
