Dropped the car off with instructions to look at the front wheel bearings, due to a scary rumbling noise while driving. They kept the car for a week, with very limited communication. Had to text them every day to get any updates on what was actually happening. Ended up paying them for new (4) brakes and (4) tires, which did not solve the issue, and was told by the mechanic that it was likely a problem with the transmission (on a 40,000 mile Outback) and to come back soon. I then gave the car to a Subaru dealer out in Wickliffe with the same instructions, and they immediately diagnosed it as a problem with the front right wheel bearing. Replaced that, and the noise is gone. And it only took three days. I have no problems with the work A-Z actually did, but I now wish that I had just taken it to the dealer shop in the first place.

I was expecting to spend $500 for the part I needed replaced when I walked in, and they were honest with the other diagnostics on my car and pricing with fixing everything. Every concern I had was addressed and they fixed everything that would allow my vehicle to pass an echeck to renew my tags. All on New Year’s Eve, I ended up paying less than half what I expected. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I had a similar experience to that of reviewer “Baz Lah” from two months ago. In short, the staff is incredibly friendly, and I’m sure they do good work, but my experience with A to Z was sub-par, to say the least. A to Z scheduled me a week out from the day I phoned requesting service, as this was the soonest they could fit me in (Thursday). In my experiences with auto shops, I have always received my car back the same day, and if the shop required additional time to complete the work, that shop would call and request to keep the car overnight. This did not transpire with A to Z. I phoned A to Z an hour - hour & a half prior to their scheduled closing time on drop-off day, but they did not answer and did not return my voicemail prior to their leaving for the day. As of 3:00 P.M the following day, they had not called me back. I phoned a second time and spoke to Tommy (ownership). Tommy communicated they would get it back to me as quickly as possible, and I operated under the assumption I would have it back no later than the following day, as the job required a maximum 4.5 - 5 hours of labor. I dropped the car off Thursday morning at open, and it was now Saturday. On Sunday afternoon I attempted to contact A to Z again, and finally was able to speak to ownership. Ownership told me they were “about to get it up on the lift”, and I would have it back “soon”. Given the 4.5 - 5 hours of labor and being told the car was about to be put on the lift, I assumed the work would be completed by Saturday night or Sunday afternoon at the latest. As of Saturday evening I had not heard from A to Z. I phoned Sunday afternoon with no answer. I grew tired of the lack of communication and decided to drive up to the shop to get some answers. I was leaving town with the car on Monday night and had little confidence the job would be completed in time for my trip. When I pulled into the parking lot my car was in the same place I parked it Thursday morning. The shop door was open and I spoke to the lone worker in the shop. That worker communicated that ownership abruptly took time off, and they had not began the service I requested. I told the worker no hard feelings, but I was taking my car. The worker expressed understanding and I went on my way. I have a dash cam built into my car and reviewed the footage that day. My car was never put on the lift, and they never began working on the car. Again, ownership and shop workers were very friendly, and I enjoyed talking cars with them Thursday morning. However, the lack of communication was troubling, and ultimately ending up being a dealbreaker for me. I would have been understanding had they communicated with me at all, but for the life I me I cannot understand why I was scheduled for service Thursday when the work couldn’t be completed until Monday. I understand these are challenging times for small businesses everywhere, but customers should not be told their car is available for service on a Thursday, when in reality that service could not be completed until Monday. Had the shop called me and communicated they were running behind and could not service my car til the following week, I likely would have expressed understanding & rescheduled the service for when the shop actually had the time to complete the job. Instead, my car sat outside Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and most of Sunday in a less than ideal neighborhood.

Should be 4.5 but we'll go with 5. Better communication is needed. Overall a great first time experience. Great prices and friendly staff. I had two rear wheel bearings replaced and a oil change on 2015 Jeep Patriot.

Shop owner Tommy is extremely welcoming and helpful!! Was able to pay slightly less than originally expected for the services- coils and spark plugs fixing my Prius 14 rattling engine and check engine light issue. Got it done quick and efficiently! Highly recommend!

Took my 2003 corvette ZO6 there to get a tune up and full fluid flush. They said they could get it done in a week or so. The reviews on Google are really good but I was let down. As of late there was staffing issues and no one touched my car (totally understandable). The only problem was that, that was a month ago. In between that time communication was not given to me unless I called the shop (that is if someone answered). Also they parked my car outside during the day and I did not like that since this car was really expensive and people from the neighboring restaurant might put there hands on it. All in all Tommy and Nick are very nice guys but would recommend other shops with better turn around time. Btw the car never got started on

there is truly not enough amazing praise i can give this shop. from the front desk with Doreen to the actual mechanic work with Tommy and his crew, they are absolutely amazing. honest and reliable, reasonably priced work. i’ve never felt taken advantage of (which can definitely be hard being a woman and trying to get car work done). my fiance and i have used them multiple times across both of our cars. they get it done quickly and have open communication the whole time. you will not regret working with them and allowing them to work on your car. thank you A-Z!!

My SUV transmission went out on me out of nowhere, of course dealership found every reason not to honor warranty even lectured me about buying extended warranty as I then listened to them not honor the next person extended warranty! I found A To Z on google and walked there from my house not knowing what they would say because a tow truck was on the way to take my car somewhere… he told me to have them drop it off and they’ll look at it… they fixed it within 5 days waived the diagnostic fee and gave me another discount on top of it. They worked with me from start to finish and were extremely nice. I highly recommend them, I will continue to use them for future issues.

First off, let me start off by saying if you live in a vehicle, this is the best place to go. They will get you situated and on the road in a matter of an hour I will never go anywhere else. Besides this location this location is the best location you could ever go to do not go anywhere else besides here I had a transmission issue with my 2008 caravan they fixed it right away and also took a look at my heat GOD HAS BLESSED ME WITH 2 amazing people who work here

What a delightful experience for a car problem! They addressws all my car's needs, were honest and fair in pricing, and even returned a piece to me I had installed that didn't work to return. Absolutely my go to mechanic shop, and where I will be reccomending!
