A&P got me on their schedule right away the next day when I had a worrisome, mystery incident with my car, in which a horrible screeching sound came up and went on for several blocks, then a “pop” and it stopped. They put my Audi S4 on the lift for a thorough once-over and set my mind at ease. There was no visible damage, and they said very likely a rock had been kicked up and gotten momentarily stuck in the wheel then popped out, and as a returning customer who had just had some suspension work done by them, they did this for free.

Called to get a quote for a job as I was very unhappy with how rude the guy on the phone was. He gave me a number over the phone but was unwilling to email me a write up for the parts and labor. Kept talking over me and tried to make me feel dumb by rattling off mechanic jargon. Glad i didn’t have the misfortune of wasting my time and money by taking my car here.

Alan and his team rebuilt my 911sc transmission and brake calipers as well as replaced numerous parts, lowered the ride height etc. The turnaround was quick and the work is amazing. They were super easy to work with and very accommodating. Alan is an expert of these vehicles and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Thank you A&P!

Anytime I call them to inquire about an issue with my car they respond back and a fast and timely matter. I had a leak in my engine and they told me to bring it right on down and turned out I needed a new water pump. They took good care of my car and kept it while I was out of town and when I came back it was all ready for me. Always happy with their services.

Absolutely wonderful, kind and honest company. I’d give 6 stars if I could. I found myself in the pouring rain on the side of an unfamiliar road with a totally flat tire. I have zero clue how to change a tire, but especially on a cold rainy dark Portland 4:45pm. I saw A&P was about a block and a half away from where I was parked and called to see if anyone could help. Within 5 minutes, 2 kind and competent men walked through rain and traffic to meet me at my car ready to help. They quickly changed my tire and I was fully ready to pay for their services in kind, but they simply told me they did the act as good samaritans. If you are debating which company to go with for your car needs, look no further, this is a business you can trust will have your best interest.

Fantastic service and fair pricing. They did a great job on my 2017 Porsche Macan S. Very honest and thorough. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anybody needing service for Porsche Audi or Volkswagen.

I drove my 1990 yellow VW cabby for 12 years because of this shop. And now I have an Audi also entrusted to the same mechanic. Knowledgeable, honest, and willing to put in the work- skills that seem mostly lost amongst other mechanic shops these days.

ANP specialties is as good if not better than taking your vehicle to the dealership. They are way more personable, easy to talk to and very honest.I’ve been using them since my very first 1969 Porsche 911 back in 1995.
