I have taken my 65 falcon there a few times now for some check ups, fixes, and fluid changes and they've always been honest with anything they found with my car and honest with pricing. Even had a moment when the falcon needed a fix 30 mins before they closed and they took it over the weekend last minute and got it squared away. Cannot recommend them enough!

I was about 30 mins late to my appointment due to a late tow, but was still seen as if I came in on time. The customer service from the front desk to the car garage is exceptional and everyone goes above and beyond in their customer service and communication. This is by far the best automotive shop in Tucson and I’ve been here 10 years! If you want fair quotes and exceptional customer service this is your place. Don’t waste your time at any other automotive shops. I will only be going here moving forward and I recommend anyone looking for automotive work to do the same. Thank you!!!!

After my last horible experience with a shop I was extremely pleased with the service and the speed the work was Completed Joe was very Informative about what Was happening with my truck and was willing to answer my questions. I felt the price was way reasonable,I would recommend this shop to anyone who has had a bad experience and is hesitant about using auto mechanic shops.

I usually do my own mechanic work but have been too busy working the last few months. I needed to install a few parts I had been meaning to for months without the time, and it ended up causing a critical vehicle failure towing my car to this shop. Within a day they fixed it up and got me rolling again for only $190 when a shop next door quoted $500 for the same job. Been here 2 or 3 times since with a couple of my cars. Always honest, up front, fairly priced, and efficient. Today I was a bit confused and disgruntled about a charge I received not understanding why I was charged for it twice. The owner/mechanic took the time to personally talk to me for about 10 minutes explaining it and I now completely understand, that it mostly had boiled down to a small miscommunication. He offered a discount for the inconvenience and is working to get me back on the road again. I have many old and newer cars with ant least one always needing work and will definitely not hesitate to bring them all to this shop. My only complaint is their shop isn’t close enough to my house for me to push my cars to them!

Came in with as a recommendation from friends. Our car had just gotten an oil change and spark plugs at another shop. The other shop said we needed a new radiator, so got that and new upper and lower hoses. After driving to Phoenix with no problems the water gauge shot up to the highest reading. Pulled over and added antifreeze. Went back to the other shop and wad told I needed a new head gasket and cylinder heads machined. About another $3000. So when we went to A n J we explained everything and left our car to be checked. Andy showed me another hose that had a pin hole when he was pressure testing the coolant system. He ordered the hose and replaced it at less than $100! No head gasket or head machining necessary. I'll be going here from now on and will tell all my acquaintances about A n J and will recommend to everybody.
