I had to back 6 times for them to fix the brakes. Be real careful with their technicians they don't know what they are doing. Obviously the owner jr doesn't inspect his technician's work and lies that he does. 6 times for the same exact reason. Then they drove my truck around like if it was there's. I went to pick it up and it was on empty.

Never solve the issue , I went there to replace my brakes and I brought the original rotors and pads brand new from Toyota for them to install them in my car because the brake parts they had were not original. Two month later my brakes started to make so loud noise , I went to them asking about the reason for this sound, they didn’t even check the brakes and they said the original rotors and pads were not from us (later I discovered there was no issue with the rotors and pads I brought at all). Then I went to another professional place and they told me the rotors and everything is fine but they had not been put together professionally. And I had to get the same work done again, cost time and money. Not recommended.

Guys from A & M were very friendly and professional. I called in day before and got appointment next day to replace front struts and strut mounts for my 2019 Sprinter 2500 Fast service! They also booked me in for next day alignment nearby. Very good experience, definetely going back in a future.

If you're reading this then more than likely you're fresh to the area and looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. I took my German machine (Audi) to Audi of Portland and was told 2100 for a power steering hose repair job and other shops were 1100. My sister recommended this shop to me and I couldn't believe him when he said it won't cost an arm and a leg for the repair 😂 I almost jumped the counter to give the guy a hug 😂😂😂 texted me when the car was set and made paying online so effortless. UPDATE: My car has been on the road 2 months now no issues. Most mechanics I've com across you bring your car for one thing and next thing you know there's 3 more problems after seeing the mechanic 😂 but my car hasn't given me any issues since so trust me when I say these guys know what they're doing and won't cost you several organs 😂

I had repairs done to my car multiple times, first two were when cat converter thefts were very common, so far had no issues with the new one (don't get a cheap converter though, I tried my luck with that one). On another incident I needed bumper repairs, got parts and cold called him, and got my car fixed quickly

My truck was having multiple electrical issues, I messed with it trying to fix it myself and ended up needing to tow it and couldnt get it started.... The dealership was 2 weeks out and i needed my truck asap.. I cold called A & M, Jr answered the phone and got me in the same day. The service was fast, transparent, very fair and reasonable. With having kids, time is important and this shop was fast! So fast that I asked if he could do additional work with the extra time I had. Some shops don't communicate well, Jr was very easy to get ahold of and I was let know about the status of my repair multiple times. I will be coming back.

The head of the shop can't keep basic appointment times. Twice I was told I'd been scheduled and twice the owner was a no-show. If A&M can't even keep a basic appointment time, how could they be expected to fix a vehicle. 0/10 would not recommend.

Alex is amazing. Went above and beyond to get the AC repaired in my car. This had been an issue for years and they were able to get to the bottom of it and solve the problem. Service was impeccable. I will be coming back for any future car issues and cannot say enough to recommend this company.

Alex's shop should never receive anything lower than 5 stars. Alex knew by just driving my Jeep around the parking lot what the problem was right away. I took the jeep back to him the following day for repair. Grateful for his workmanship. I had also mentioned that Jiffy Lube told me that the oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. When I got the Jeep back Alex asked me to swing by a week later to double check the oil pan because initially it looked like it was wet but no leak. Came back and sure enough there was no leak. Unsure what Jiffy Lube was trying to pull but they have lost a customer. A&M Autocare Service will be my go to place for all concerns going forward. They went over and beyond my expectations.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars... I got in an accident last night in my car and had messed up my serpentine belt. My family and me were on the side of the road trying to fix it and by some lucky chance a man named Alex was walking by at the same time. He told me about his shop and that it's his family's business. I got my car towed here the next day and he got it fixed super fast. I am so pleased with the job they did . I highly recommend this place ! Thanks so much for all your help!!!! you guys went above and beyond and my family and me appreciate it so much!

This is one of the few good shops in the metro area. Not only are they up front and honest with what they do and how they do it, But they give very good quality work. I'm making sure if any of my family has a problem with their car to take it here for now on.

Alex is absolutely amazing. Best shop choice in the area. My car is was brought to Alex for a possible blown head gasket. Alex looked at it and discovered the coolant system just needed to be burped and excess coolant drip needed to burn off the engine to prevent further smoking. Alex spent about 15 minutes on the vehicle and let me know everything was fixed and my car was ready to drive out of there. Alex did not charge me like most shops would have. Honest people who actually know what they are doing here. This shop stays busy, so it may take awhile for them to get to your vehicle however it’s worth the wait to not get ripped off.
