Absolute horrible experience!! Do not trust this shop. After coming to get a diagnosis and price frame for fixing my car they quoted me $1400.00 after explaining that I didn’t have the money at the moment to afford that expensive bill the woman on the phone told me they had already began working on it (which is illegal) and I told her to stop working on it immediately. The next day I went to pick up my car and they told us that they were charging me $256.00 fee to get my key to my car back because again without my permission they started working on my car. They’re “excuse” was that they had to tear everything apart in order to diagnosis my car when my boyfriend had already explained what was wrong with it and just wanted a confirmation which did not cost anywhere near $200. I called SAPD and they told me that what they did was wrong and that they did this to guarantee some kind of money out of me. After this incident the same women texted my boyfriend saying “sorry you think we stole your money” so unbelievably unprofessional. These people are awful!!!

I wish the owner would just admit to fault and better as a business rather than bashing their customers and name dropping as well as falsely accusing and saying that my experience wasn’t what it was. None of what you said even made sense. Why would I tell you to work on something if I knew I couldn’t afford it. Just own up to your mistakes instead of being shady and scamming those who put trust in you. I’ve read your reviews and I’m not the only one this has happened to. Be better.

This is the best mechanic facility I have ever encountered. Being a female, I have learned to fix my vehicles on my own, when I finally began to go to a mechanic; I came across some that told me the problem was something that made no sense or "fixed" the issue only to "find" something else which didn't need to be fixed. A&L took the time to check my car thoroughly found the problem with constant communication and earnestly. Knowing I needed my car back to meet deadlines, my ac was blowing hot on one side. (They gave it back so I could meet my obligations) with cold air but let me know it still needed proper parts. Luddie & Malcolm checked with me first before they moved forward. I had cold air again. Most mechanics would have stopped there, but A&L completed my AC and sincerely did a great and job. They made a customer for life.When service and people are a priority the work produces the results. My experience here was not only the best auto shop experience I’ve ever had, but easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After 3 summers without AC I decided to take on the challenge. A few shops I went to had no sense of urgency or communication or any type of concern in fixing this for me but A&L did. The moment I stepped in the office they were ready to help me. The financing options here make it SO EASY to tackle big repairs, just make sure you pay off early with no intrest. I want to thank the entire shop for all of their hard work, we did everything we needed to do and my ac is freezing cold. They are all amazing, see for yourself. This is my go to shop now 🙏🏽 Thank all of you guys.

Excellent service. Owner is very down to Earth and honest. Had him mount some massive tires on my classic corvette. He gave me a cheaper quote than any other shop around, and did an excellent job. Definitely the place to go for all your tire and wheel needs!

Highly recommend this shop. Had an issue with my battery needing to be installed and programmed. The shop owner went out of her way to help me what I consider above and beyond. I truly appreciated her kindness and support. I will definitely go back for tires and a brake job! Thanks again!

This place it's a rip off been here twice just because needed parts replaced first time needed lower arm control replaced paid 700 for parts and labor second time needed parts replaced asap he chance my original water pump without being damaged and not tell me we don't need that service just still did it to get his money don't communicate enough just when they get the money they happy don't come here

It’s hard to find a good auto shop you can trust but these guys are it. I went in expecting to change my rear drums and shoes after getting a good price on the quote and turned out they just needed an adjustment and cleaning. They easily could have chosen to replace everything but rather they we’re honest with me. That is integrity. I’ll be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

Both my husband and my vehicles needed all 4 tires desperately replaced. I first went for 1 new tire over a year ago. They relocate close and I suggested to my husband go see what they had as far as quality tires and he chose a great set that worked well for his Audi. Next day I went, with the experience of gratitude. We got all of our tires replaced and the service is excellent. Thank you Lidy and Alex for taking care of our lives. Our tires are great! We feel so much safer than we were. Very much appreciated

By far the worst place I have ever had to deal with. The owner is rude, the employees don't know what they are talking about or even know what they are doing. Don't go to this place they are scammers and will try to over charge you for work they are not even qualified to do.

Was lied to about condition of the wheels that were for sale, told it had no damage, had horrible curb rash and they acted oblivious to it, drove 40 minutes, don’t waste your time here
