One of their tow truck drivers nearly crushed the car in front of me by turning left from the wrong lane. When I rolled up next to him at the next light, he was very clearly messaging or otherwise typing into a cell phone. I gestured at him to hang up the phone and he dropped the phone and then yelled at me “Where’s the phone?” Maybe he would have been in the correct left turn lane had he not been driving while using his cell phone.

I was in need of a tow, so my insurance company called on this company to help me. I was at work at the time. I was told that it would be 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. No problem! But then 15 minutes later, I got a text saying that my driver was on his way. I’m about 25 minutes away from the location. So I called and confirmed with the dispatcher that yes, my driver was indeed on his way and was very close to my car. I told her I could be there in 25 minutes; she said that the truck couldn’t wait for me and he would go do another tow and come after. So I rush over to my car to be there when the tow truck comes. And then I wait. Well TWO HOURS go by so I decided to give them another call. The dispatcher informed me that my driver was at an accident tow and that it was going to be another hour. I explained my situation and told her that I was taking time off work to get this done, she said that there was nothing she could do. I got a bit heated at this point unfortunately and tried to explain again (only louder) what had happened. She then matched my energy and started talking to me super slow, like I’m a toddler. She then told me that the insurance company sends those texts out and they’re not accurate. I tried to explain again that they had confirmed that the driver was, in fact, on his way and she said that she didn’t know who I talked to but it wasn’t anyone there (it was, I called the exact same number both times). I thanked her for her time and hung up, but on second thought, I wanted to give them one more chance to redeem themselves. I called back and asked for a supervisor and she said that he was on a tow in Green Valley. If you want a tow, this is not the company to call. The dispatcher messed up scheduling TWICE, offered no apology, no resolution, basically called me a liar, AND you won’t be able to talk to anyone if something goes wrong. Needless to say that I called my insurance and canceled services with this place of business and was able to get towed by a competent company.

Horrible experiencia este señor dueño de este lugar es un fraude a mi hermana le saco 12,000 para arreglar su carro y nunca quedó bien al final mi hermana se lo volvió a llevar y le dijo k se fuera de su negocio ya k se avía echado a la bolsa 12,000 no vayan a este lugar gente si no kieren k les roben ahora se tiene que aser una demanda porque no es justo que este señor abuse y se aproveche de una mujer y con esa cantidad horrible fatal

Sal picked up my car for a tow. He arrived on time and also kept me informed about when he would arrive. That's very important when your car isn't working. He was very friendly too.

Driver was a total pos that means you Brian, decided to bring wrong equipment to tow my diesel truck and about destroyed my truck, didn’t want to strap it down properly, when I asked him to strap it down properly he decided to bad mouth me and said he knows better than me and said he didn’t want to because he didn’t feel like it, when I told Brian I wanted my truck strapped down properly he decided to cuss me out and say he’s refusing to tow my truck and unstrapped it while it was still up in the air and almost caused it to fall off the truck , brians boss was also a pos he hung up on me when I called him to report Brian, don’t go with this pos company.

Driver pulled up with improper equipment when tow company advised my insurance company that they had tge right tools for tge job. Driver tried to strong arm me for more money when my tow was covered by insurance. I told him I wouldn't pay extra and the tow truck took off.

I can't believe how many people report the same thing that just happened to my girlfriend and I. We got scheduled through Volkswagen just to be left on the side of the road for over 2 hours! We eventually ended up calling another towing company who showed up in 10 minutes. Needless to say I will not be recommending this company.

Absolutely awful. Ordered them through our insurance, waited 3 hours when told 90 minutes, just to be told another hour and then literally they cancelled all together with no notice.

What an absolutely fantastic Towing service! I had to call out to this company and get help twice today! How lucky was I that I got the same guy both times, brian! Hey, Brian. Thanks, brother! Thank you, campenero. This dude was fast! Cut the RSA quote in half, 30 minutes. He was polite, professional, clean, and best of all kid-friendly. My kid was on his buns the whole time showing him unboxing videos we had made. Lol! What a good sport! I would recommend this towing company and this service tech all day long!

A 1.5hrs tow truck wait turned into 3.5hrs without a single warning, explanation or apology. I call them 4 times and they still couldn't give me a proper estimate. Customer service reps are non-existent, you are on your own all the way. Avoid this company.

I have never gone out of my way to give a business a bad review until today. If I could give zero stars, I would. While I was still on the phone with my insurance to arrange my car to get towed, the towing company called me 3X. I then called them back, no answer, whatever no big deal. I received the automated text saying my estimated wait time was 55 minutes. After an hour and twenty minutes I called them, and they said the wait was now an extra 40 minutes, which they said they tried initially calling to let me know he was going to be late. Another hour and ten minutes later I call them again asking where the guy is. They said it will be another twenty minutes. I wait another 40, call AGAIN, they said he’s downtown and almost there. Then I get a call from him, and he says it’s going to be another 15 minutes after I’ve been waiting another 20 minutes from talking to the other person. Apparently they had told him I didn’t answer my calls so they didn’t send him my way earlier, despite the fact I had called them myself three other times!! In total, I waited 4 hours to be towed. This company is so unorganized and unreliable, it’s insane. I can see from their recent reviews that other customers had just of awful as an experience as I did, some waiting 6 hours!! Whatever is going on here needs to be changed because it’s absolutely ridiculous. P.s the tow truck driver who picked my car up was very nice and the only one who was pleasant during this entire ordeal. He is the only good part of my experience working with this company.

I will never use this business ever again. They use dishonest practices. They don't deliver what they promised and expect to be paid additional charges to get your vehicle back. Extremely dishonest company. Stay clear of this company.

Terrible service, both on the phone and in-person. They set unrealistic expectations and communicate poorly when you follow up about their commitments. The phone service was quite difficult considering the lady who answers won’t allow you to speak. The tow truck driver is as rude as can be with no urgency, even after committing to arriving by a certain time. I will definitely be reporting this experience to my dealership, as they shouldn’t treat paying customers this way.

The lack of communication is what upset me the most. the dispatcher also hung up on me at one point while I was trying to understand what happened. I was told 90 minutes for a tow and called when it had turned into 2 hours. If I had just been given a courtesy call, I truly would have been more happy with my experience.

They kept my car for a whole day and didnt even check it or called me so I went and took my car out of there, it was a gas cap light on dash board. Terrible service.

They were called out through my OnStar service and were not notified by them that it was an accident (I had some words for OnStar after the fact) the ETA was over 90min, I called them direct and let them know the situation, they got there so quickly they definitely prioritized the situation and were very professional and helpful. Thank you for your 10 star service!

This company is a clown show. Scheduled a tow the night before for 9AM. They called my at 920AM and said "will be there in 45 minutes". Didn't show - called them at 11AM and they said "on the way". Called back at 1145 and had to cancel. Terrible.

This company is by far the most unprofessional towing company in town. My husband called at 5:00pm to request a towing service for a company vehicle. We were given an ETA of about 2 hours. It is now 11:00pm and the vehicle is still sitting on the side of a busy street. Called multiple times and kept getting a useless response of “all I can tell you is they are on their way” please do your research and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ROADSIDE EMERGENCIES!!!!!

Worst ever. On star called when needed road side. Gave 2 hour tike limit. 3.5 hours later still standing Gere with my three kids. Called a few times to be told there on the way. Never use this company

Tire blew out in the boonies. Tow truck driver was super fast, extremely friendly and wonderfully helpful. Highly recommend this shop. I will use them for my auto repair from now on.
