My work truck got a flat tire in the parking lot next to A plus auto, I realized the jack was missing out of it. So I walked over to a plus auto to see if I could borrow a jack from them and Matthew graciously lent one to me. I told him I would bring it back in twenty minutes. Ten minutes later Matthew walked up as I was changing the tire and realized that an impact would make things go much faster, so he offered to go get his impact and finished helping me change the tire. Once the spare was on he realized the air pressure was low so he told me to pull over to the shop and he filled it. He did all of this out of the goodness of his heart and for free of charge! I have never dealt with them professionally but after this experience I will most certainly be returning for any of my vehicles needs. Thank you again Matthew! And for Matt's boss give him a raise.😉

The team at A+ did an incredible job with my 1990 F-150 engine swap! Gabe got me a quote almost immediately after I inquired with them I didn’t leave me hanging like many businesses. And the business did an excellent job keeping me updated on the status of my truck. Ricky did an excellent job as the technician and I got my truck back running like a dream!

Can't say enough positive things. Great communication, timely and most importantly honest. They were able to fix part of my car but unfortunately ultimately needed to go to a dealer. However they had everything explained perfectly for me to hand off to dealer. Dealer ignored A+, charged me for other items that didn't fix the problem to only at the end end up saying yeah we need to do what A+ initially said. A+: 1, Dealership: 0. A+ even advised me to reach out to the corporate side to see if they would help cover the cost since I was just outside of warranty. I did and that covered 80% of my costs! Something the dealer never mentioned I should try! Thank you A+!

Great service at A+ Auto. Quick diagnostics confirmed the issue. They were just as quick on the repair and had me back on my way. Staff is super easy to communicate with from scheduling to intake to check out. Clean and convenient customer waiting room. Summerville’s best Auto Repair Service center! They also provide fleet services for us at Hudson Bros Lawn Care.

My 2000 Ranger pickup passenger door lock was malfunctioning, and the outside handle was damaged. I made the appointment and they got right to it. One day delay due to incorrect parts being sent, not their fault and all is good. Thank you for the ride home as well.

Without going into detail, I had work on a car where the installation went wrong. However they did make it right, and made it easy. No arguments, were very humble and apologetic, and paid the full price of fixing it.

I appreciate the honesty and excellent work provided by these professionals. Have had my car serviced there several times, they answer questions, don't try to sell additional things/work, the work is done promptly. They send text messages to remind of needed inspections. They have a clean and comfortable waiting area with lots of seating, an area you could sit with a laptop and available refreshments.

Beware of this shop! They will price gouge you on prices for parts! They were up charge double with the part normally cost! Rick is Rick is a shop manager. He’s really smug and crafty.!! I suggest you stop around before dealing with A+ automotive on Trolley Road in Summerville!!!!!!!

This company was very nice to me gave me a quote and was able to get in and out for a competitive rate. I was happy to get my vehicle back and knowing the repair was done right. I will call on them again when i need something else done.
