Best body shop experience I have ever encountered! Wendell treated me as if I was part of his family. He and his team provided the best customer service I could have asked for. They were cooperative, communicative, and finished the work 6 days ahead of schedule. If you have any car issues I HIGHLY recommend going here. They’ve been rated best in Las Vegas for the past 2 years and I can see why.

Came in to get some things fixed on my car that were all covered under SilverRock’s warranty. Nikki, handled EVERYTHING with the claims! All I had to do was come in and drop my car off, and the A Auto Center team did the rest. Super transparent, polite, professional, and easy to work with. Truly don’t see myself working with any other shop going ahead. These folks are amazing !! Come here and get yourself right !

I highly recommend A Auto Center for all of your vehicles repairs!not only do they provide exceptional repairs and body work, they do it with a smile!! I had an engine installed in my daughter’s care, and when issues arose as a result of their work, they kindly refunded the entire amount of the repair$$$! This place is the best and we will never take our cars anywhere else from now on. We found this great spot after an unfortunate situation where another shop had messed up our truck pretty badly. We were very leery to try another shop after the awful experience we had just had but we didn’t have a choice and had to find someone we could trust this time. This place was recommended to us and from the first call, we were immediately comforted and felt confident that they would be able to help. Nikki is amazing- she is so knowledgeable and friendly and communicative. It’s very rare to have an auto shop give you so much detail and explain the things you don’t understand. Usually they just tell you that you need a part and they don’t really tell you why and how it will work going forward and why it probably went out in the first place. They also were very strait forward and did not try to sell us unnecessary things. They were very quick as well which was much appreciated. Our truck was in the other auto shop for over eight weeks and it came out even worse than we had dropped it off. My truck was in the other auto shop for over eight weeks and it came out even worse than we had dropped it off, even with having to order parts and fix someone else’s mess on top of the actual issue, we had our truck back in 5 days. Thank you so much for showing us what an auto shop should be. We will recommend to anyone and everyone from now on and we will be back ourselves whenever we have another issue (hopefully not anytime soon :).
