The gentlemen were very helpful considering my rim cracked. They referred me to another business that fixed my rim and that was great customer service. Very hard working men that get you in and out. Very honest, unlike Les Schwab that didn't tell me my rim was cracked but wanted to charge me $300 for a new tire, Boy Bye 🤔. For my rim getting fixed $80 and my brand new tire $180 I would recommend this tire place for the win👏🏾😊

brought my car to them and the tire was blown out and one of the bolts was not opening. They fixed the problem and replaced the tire in a short time and at a very reasonable price. I recommend them.

This tire repair shop is great. I had a nail in my tire and they helped me get it out, it turns out that my tire was not penetrated, and they helped resolved the issue in less than 20 mins. (much better than les schwab).

I had a slow leak in two tires. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the repair was only $20. You just can’t beat that.

Language Barrier. Other than that great service. 👍My 2nd visit was even better than the first time . Excellent service and people. 5 star review . Called today for an estimate for one USED tire and was told $120 for a tired with "good" tread. Outrageuos difference from last time. Funny thing, last time it was about half that price for a tire that looked almost brand new... I wish I could give 0 stars. Call Washington Tire!! Both last time and this time we got great tires for $45 each from a super nice guy who was happy to help us! We will never stray from our favorite tire shop again! Going to give them a 5 star review next!

I’ve been here about half a dozen times the last couple years. The reviews on here that are negative must have been having a bad day or were expecting free service and a foot massage. These guys are awesome, efficient, affordable, friendly and professional. There may be a little language barrier unless you speak Spanish but we should all be flexible or bilingual in 2023!!! Wouldn’t recommend another tire shop to friends, family or a stranger. This is the place to go!

I've been a client of the owner from day one, close to 20 years or as long as he opened. I send everyone who asks to him, including my family. His customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! PRODUCTS & DEALS, TOP NOTCH!!! I don't remember the last time I bought new or used tires anywhere else. His crew is the hardest working anywhere!!! Ask about cash prices.

Incredible pricing and customer service. Got 4 new tires put on without an Appt on Sat morning and was in and out in less than 20min. They were over $80 cheaper than les Schaub and didn't have to drop my car off for hours.

So, thought I might be able to swing a deal by trading a set of "like new" tires for the service of setting another new set of previously purchased tires on my (already removed from car) rims.. All this issues basically is using the tire machine for all of about a minute each.... Was told to head down, we'd "work something out". Loaded everything, got there,..tires weren't brand new, so no deal... Fine, I except that. Tried to negotiate a fair cash deal for simply mounting tires on rims (not putting on car, balancing, installing air gage sensors, ect...) The guy in charge just shut the trunk on my car, walked away and never acknowledged me again. I asked a couple workers if he was coming back and finally, after sitting in parking lot, blocked in by several cars that had arrived and were being serviced, one nice gentleman came to tell me the boss said No deal. I KNEW THIS...AND HAD CASH FOR SERVICES, JUST WANTED HIM TO NAME THE PRICE! (Can you blame a girl for trying to cut a deal for a service that takes literally a couple of minutes?) Anyway... he never showed his face again and they shut the doors in preparation for closing, I assume. Left feeling very disrespected, humiliated and a bit upset,.. but thinking, no worries, life goes on. .. (I had wasted almost an hour waiting and because of the time was unable to make it to an alternate tire shop. Here's the fun part... Driving home during rush hour,... I'm suddenly hearing brakes and yelling from other drivers... Yes, the man in charge who "shut the back hatch", hadn't actually latched it and tires are rolling out the back of my car into prime time traffic. I COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEBODY! Needless to say, wondering if I should consult an attorney at this point? While I was gathering stray tires, I was almost ran over by a semi truck. A simple stop for tires almost turned into my last day on this earth! Won't be heading back to do business anytime soon, to say the least. Thanks Hefe, for all your "help"! Bad business all around. Period.
