In today's world it is truly refreshing to find a place that delivers above and beyond your expectations. The staff here is alway professional and polite. The communication, (in my case, text) kept me notified every step of the process. The owner seems to always be onsite or very near by. The young man that does the estimates (Brayden) is very knowledgable, quick and accurate. The work that the technicians do is always superior. To sum it up, the whole team works very well together and they are far more than competent in what they do. I have needed 911's services 5 times in the past 8 or 9 years. None of which were our fault, fortunately. We took them a 2013 Toyota Corolla, front end damage (animal) twice. 2012 Toyota Camry (rear ended). 2017 Dodge Ram pick-up (T-boned in the bed) and most recently my 2016 Audi A6 (hit and run in a parking lot). We have never been disappointed by the staff, the process or the work. We currently still own all but one of the vehicles and many years later, we have never had any issues with their work through aging. Thank you, everyone at 911 Auto Center. You guys are the best at what you do!

This is the second time I've been in a wreck that I chose 911 auto, and it's always been high quality service. Don't let the eclectic interior fool you, it's a well run shop. The receptionist is on top of things and very friendly, the mechanics do a fantastic job, and the detailing work on cleaning my car after made me want to ban my self and my wife from ever stepping foot in the car again. My only issue was having to wait an extra week or two for parts, but that was progressives fault for taking their sweet time to do their little investigation for where I got hit. Hopefully I don't get into another accident anytime soon, but if I do I'm choosing 911 Auto. Working with Cameron and Darlene was easy as can be.

Excellent job and always keep you updated on progress. Had to take my vehicle back to 911 for another damage repair, I was happy with the work it looked like a new car again. I recommend them 100% on a job well done. Staff are very nice and helpful 👍

I only write reviews on rare occasions, mostly if the service was bad buuuuut, these guys are solid dudes. The work was above the standard and not only that, they got the work done in said timeframe AND washed and detailed my vehicle! Above and beyond. 10 stars, very friendly people that actually care about their customers.

Kim and Brayden took great care of my Toyota 4Runner. They were fast, friendly and accommodating to my situation. My 4Runner looks just as good as when I drove it off the lot.

Update: (09/13/2024) Been waiting on a headlight replacement for over a year. Original lamp allows condensation to build up significantly. Every head lamp supposedly there after (3) has been “damaged upon receipt”. So either, they have the worst parts supplier, willingly put on a bad headlamp, or have been giving me the run around for over a year. While the correspondence has been amicable, the resolution has been less than satisfactory. Will post follow up once resolved. Original post: Personnel was friendly, work looked great, and it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. They did keep me informed throughout the process once work was started. They even followed up before the work was going to start to let me know they were ordering the parts. The process was relatively painless. Enterprise Rent-a-car is next door too which was easy!

I brought my Challenger here for hail damage repair, and am so thankful I did! They had the best customer service/follow-up I have ever dealt with. My car was done faster than they quoted and looked fantastic! An extra special bonus was my car was completely cleaned inside as well (I work at a Cement Plant, so it was incredibly dusty inside), they went above and beyond every single expectation I had. I will recommend anyone and everyone to go there, every aspect of this company shows they care what they do!

I own a 2022 Chevy silverado truck. This place was recommended by my insurance Nationwide after my accident. From the moment they picked up my truck, to the moment it was ready, their communication with me was great! The quality of their work was exceptional. I was very impressed with how brand new my truck looked and even the Chevy dealership noticed how clean it looked when I took it to get it's oil change done 4 days later. I would definitely go back to 911 body shop should I ever be in another accident or just require any body work done on my truck. Their quality of work, theott commination and their customer service are all exceptional!! 💕

My husband had his truck repaired after an accident and they did an amazing job. So when my car was hit I knew where to get it repaired. They did an amazing job and were done with in the time they estimated. They also made it convenient for me to turn in my rental that was closed when I picked up my vehicle.I would definitely recommend them.
