I google a repair shop near me and 8 mile Auto Center came up. I read the reviews and said I would to give them a call but no answer. As I was driving to the shop Mike called and said come on by to take look at my muffler. We'll, when I went inside it was a lady sitting there waiting on her car to get serviced, I asked her if she had been here before and she said yes they do great work. I decided to give them a try. I was impressed that most of their customers coming in that day were women. Need less to say they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and affordable prices. I am glad I took a chance with 8 mile Auto Center.

Great experience with this shop. They provided good work with fair and transparent prices. They called when they was a delay in receiving parts (not this shops fault, it was an issue with their distributor), and had the work completed exactly when they said they would.

Hassan and Mike are where it's at not only do they do the job right they work with you on every part of the cost the overall respect and the knowledge of my car . I took a couple cars there and I underestimated them if you need your vehicle worked on they are the guys to see

Hussein and Mike are very professional honest and hard working. No scam here. The financing option is good if you don't got the bread. The fees are expensive but it's a good option if you need your car now. Also they vibe is good. Everyone is treated well.

Mike’s the man over there at 8 mile auto center. He did an excellent job on my 2012 KIA soul. Wheel alignment, tire rods and Strats. I also got a tire. Affordable pricing and friendly staff.

So I had my truck towed there because it was leaking brake fluid. They took a look and told me they had to replace all of the brake lines and it would be $3,000 and since my abs light was on they might have to replace the abs pump for another $500. An immediate red flag was as soon as they saw me, before looking at the truck they told me about the financing they offer. So when they told me the price, I knew they weren't being honest. I got it towed to another shop down Woodward in royal oak, did everything, with a warranty for $950. Also, 8mile auto has signs everywhere stating free brake inspection but charged me $40 when I declined. Run as fast as you can away. I'll never be back. **Update** The owner Hassan reached out to me and invited me to come back to the shop to figure things out. He went over the work I had done at the other shop and discovered that they didn't actually change all of the lines like they had said, basically doing only half the job. He took pictures and showed me exactly what they didn't do. Then we talked about the the range of possibly parts that would've needed replacement after the brake lines, which would've brought the range between $2,000-$3,500. His breakdown made complete sense and would've been within reasonable range if those repairs were needed. He seemed completely sincere and I can now say that he's earned my trust to give them another shot.

They can fix anything, no hit and miss troubleshooting. One diagnosis, one price and your car is fix. Friendly and responsive. Been a customer two years receive excellent service.

They got the job done! Found me a tire in less than 2 hours and had me back on the road same day. I never forget great service. My suggestion is to always call ahead of taking your vehicle to any shop! I was fortunate enough to not need much work done so they had me in and out in less than 2 hours. Thank you!
