Just went in for a tire rotation and an inspection and everything went great ! I-55 tire is where I always buy my tires and get suspension work done . I always say they do the best wheel alignments in town . I’m always happy with the work they do and how well I’m treated plus the prices are always good too . Thanks .

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY IVE MEET IN MY ENTIRE PROFESSIONAL CAREER. Take my car in to get a diagnosis they was real up FRONT about the price of the diagnosis. Said give them one hour to see what the issue was. 8 hours later finally get a call telling me the issues and a quote of $2072.00. I informed Joe I had a warranty and some stuff was covered. After checking with my warranty company Joe discovers they will cover $593.00 of total repair. Calls me back and gives me the good news. But then informs me that with the $593.00 off I owe $2379.00. A 300 dollar difference from my previous quote without the warranty. Immediately I’m concerned where did the extra 300 come from saying I was quoted 2072.00 and warranty cover 593.00 how do I now owe 2379.00. Joe informed me that I was liar no one quoted me that and the first quote was actually 2700 and some dollars. I told Joe there’s no way and that he is the one that quoted me. I told them I want be doing the repairs and I’ll be to pick up my car up once I get off. Joe then calls me back and emails me a quote immediately for $2100 and minus the 593.00 for warranty being total to 1501.00. Once i receive the quote I called Joe to get clarification and Joe treated me like I was dumb person using phases like (does this make more sense for you and you was confused) I know I wasn’t confused because I double checked and written down what the first quote was. Finally decided even know they got me to a reasonable number that I would not be doing the repairs through them. Solely because JOE LIED AND CALLED ME A LIAR ABOUT HIS LIE. Went to pick up vehicle and they wanted to charge me the whole fee. Even know it took them 7 hours longer than promised. My vehicle wouldn’t have been there if that was the case. I asked for a manager and Joe decided he wanted to buff up at me and put his fingers in my face and call me a LIAR. Really wish he would have touched me because he would be in jail and I would be sueing this place. Didn’t catch the guys name but older guy with gray hair was professional throughout the encounter. He solely was doing his job. Whoever decided not to charge me for the fee even know I was only asking for a discount is the most professional person in the building. I will never return to this location again solely because of Joe. Joe is a liability for company and for himself he needs to learn how to act like an adult and a professional not like child and lying to people that blatantly just amazes me tbh. I would like to stress to anyone who tries to get repairs through them. Everything in writing and if comes out of JOES mouth it’s most likely a lie. The owner or whoever refunded me the diagnosis made it right but I want people to be aware of THEIR SHADY ACTIONS

They had the best price for the work we needed & did it way faster than what they quoted us time wise. Also,the counter techs were extremely nice & helpful. Have had work done by them before & had same experience which is why we went back.

A friend and I were in St Louis for an appointment, and noticed a “bubble” on the right front tire of my car upon arrival in St. Louis. Fortunately, staff at the Siteman Center off Butler Hill Road, told us about 55 Tires and Service, and how she had used their services, and was very pleased with them. 55 Tires and Service was only 1/4 mile or less from Siteman, and upon our arrival, James Madonna, Service Advisor at 55 Tires immediately looked at the tire, and told me that it would be too dangerous to drive the 70 miles back into Illinois because of the probability of a “blowout”. He offered 2 options… 1 being a used tire… the other being a new tire. Opting for the new one, the tire was immediately replaced, with the cost being less than what was quoted. Time spent was 45 minutes from arrival to completion. Mr. Madonna and his staff were very knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. I am recommending 55 Tires and Service to all of my family members (10) who live in the St. Louis area. Thank you 55 Tires and Service!!! Theresa Cozadd

As always, 55 Tires and Service gave me the best experience. I waited in a warm waiting room with full access to cable TV while my low pressure tire was examined and repaired. A small screw imbedded in the tire was removed, the tire patched and I was on my way in no time! Thank you for such speedy and professional service.

Bill was not as quoted per Joe. Almost $200 higher. They made some adjustments to the bill but did not meet the quote. In reply: Honesty is all I ask. And you missed the mark on this. I implore everyone to hold them to their quotes and/or seek other shops for services.

The 55 Tire crew took care of me. I was in a pinch had a blowout on the vehicle and no one else had a tire in stock or was closed for the holiday. They were open and ready to go got me in and out four new tires and an alignment very happy with the Service and the crew!

Very misleading on service. They almost force you to pay more than the rest of the places out there. They also are not very knowledgeable on their services. The guys tried to talk me into believing something different then the facts that i already knew from working in a auto repair shop
