I had an issue with my transfer case. I work out of town and needed repair asap. Bill called me first thing and got my vehicle right in. They provided an Uber ride for me to my house and car was done by afternoon. Bill explained all, walked me to my car and there was a thank you on my dash upon getting in vehicle. Now, that is above and beyond customer service. Thank you Bill and all!

Very rude and unprofessional. Told me they would give me an updated timeline of what was going on within a couple hours. I dropped it off at 12 and upon calling for an update the phone was not answered and so when I show up to ask in person (cause I know stuff can get busy while being short staffed) but this woman the short girl with piercings, was very rude and claimed being short staffed but her delivery in communication was not professional.bdont recommend. If I didn't have my car under warranty I would not of came here 👎

Left something unplugged in my dashboard after having my intoxalock removed. Seems like they did that on purpose to try and charge me $150 for a diagnostic fee. Luckily I have a mechanic that figured out what was going on. Charged me $60 just to plug it back in.. They did give me a free calibration on my breathalyzer ONE time during my six months of having the intoxalock device. Still doesn’t make it right to what they did to my dashboard tried to say that the intoxalock doesn’t plug in the same place as my dashboard lights. BS.

First time client for a 90,000 mile service on a Toyota. I couldn't have been more pleased with the ease of scheduling and the friendliness of the employees. The mechanics are ASE certified and performed all 22 inspections and service recommended by the Toyota Maintenance Guide for my vehicle. They provided excellent documention. The owner, Bill, took special delight in my finding a "Thank You Card" and candies positioned on my steering wheel when I picked up my car. They know how to welcome a new customer...or, was it just me? All the employees had signed the card, too! Gotta Love an independent auto repair shop like this one!

This place is a joke. I took it here to get a diagnostic done for shaking while hitting highway speeds. They quoted me $2,047 for a new transmission, new brake rotors, and pads. I took it to expert auto, said nothing about what 53 auto found, & turns out it was just my shocks and two tires that needed replaced. It was a $650 fix, NOT $2,047 dollars!!! They checked my transmission, brake pads, & rotors as well and found NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. Once I explained what 53 auto was attempting to say was wrong with my car to the mechanics at expert auto, they literally laughed in disbelief. You saw a young girl with a baby, probably coming off as a single mom, & tried to scam me. My car is back to normal and no longer shakes. Screw you guys for trying to make a quick buck.

Took my car in for a diagnostic they told me 4000 to fix all that was ring. Took it some where else n got it fixed for 700 parts n labor for real they were quote me things that didn't even need fixed they sure want my 4000 from my taxes didn't they. I said single mom n all this place saw was someone they could over charge n couldn't afford to sue them welcome to Wichita.
