It was a cold , cold winter here in AZ that week.................lol, Not! We had moved to the area about two years ago and in looking for a auto mechanic came across Bill and his wife at , 521 Auto. So very please with the work done on putting in the new engine, checking everything out, and I mean everything. And being the only driver in our family now a days it was nice when when they "always " offered to drive me home and pick me up when our vehicle was done. Never to busy to explain things to this old 74 year old retired fire captain. Just a over all great experience with this family owned company.

This review is overdue as I used this shop for the past couple of years. Bill worked on my and my wife's vehicle more then once. He is an expert mechanic. Good at what he does. Upfront pricing. Good customer service. Nice guy and pleasant to work with.

Top notch mechanic. 521 automotive is the first shop I feel I did not get ripped off at. I bought a transmission 17,000 miles later warranty work has it back on the road. My power steering pump got replaced and the car runs real smooth now and doesn't run hot.

i was referred to Bill by my neighbor who said Bill was the guy!i took my car in assuming my alternator had gone out and asked to have replaced and was quoted a reasonable price to fix around $400.however even though i was pretty sure it was the alternator but Bill asked several question and the checked my car,diagnosed and assured me it wasnt my alternator and possibly just a loose connection.i was really surprised that he was so honest, especially these days its so nice to find not only an honest but very friendly and professional mechanic .I will definitely take all my auto repair need there to 521 auto and refer to anyone looking for an honest and fair shop.

Bill has done my radiator, water pump, some steering components, and fixed my 4wd. This guy can do just about anything and always for a good price. He even refused to do a service I asked for because it did not need to be done. He is honest and deserves all of your business. I will continue to take my truck to him for everything I need.
