Man these dudes are great, michael Bobby and the other dudes names I don't know always provide great service and they never try to take advantage of you. Really greatful for what these people do

Short version: Friendly, knowledgeable, good work, and fair prices Long version: I took my car somewhere that will remain nameless and they wanted 1100 for 4 spark plugs and an engine coil. I found Michael online and he immediately quoted me at half the price and explained to me exactly what needed to be done and why the cost was the cost. He had my trust immediately. I took my car in two days later at 8 AM, and it was ready by 930 AM. Again at drop off and pickup he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly the car is running great. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back (hopefully not too soon!)

I called the shop & the Owner Bobby answered all my questions for my son vehicle a 2016 Chevy Cruze When I say he broke down everything we needed too hear,he was so genuine.Ive never spoke to anyone in the car business that actually took time out over the phone to give us the information we needed We truly appreciate you so much

I will never recommend 5 Star Repair and never take another classic car to them again. They charged me 200.00 an hour fixing the temperature gauge on my 1957 Thunderbird. The bill was 1,000.00 and when I got home the fuel gauge didn't work, the horn didn't blow, the clock didn't work, and the speedometer ticks every wheel turn. I made about 5 trips with my 65 Mustang and that bill was a nightmare and they never did get it right. They did not test the car they worked on, or they would know the cars were not fixed. They never gave me back the Webber carburetor they took off the Mustang which I just had rebuilt. When I got my Mustang back, it looked like it had been through a dirt storm. My cars all came back filthy. I will never go back.

Mike is absolutely the best. If you want someone who will be COMPLETELY honest with you about what’s going on and what needs to be done, this is the place and he is the person! Can’t recommend this place enough for their level of quality as well as honesty. This is the second time I’ve taken a problem to them and they have gone above and beyond to help me and make sure I fully understand what’s going on. Thank you!!!

Wow! I never had a shop help me as easy as Bobby did. I have a 1989 Camaro rs with a 5 speed manual. It didn't crank anymore, and the VATS system kicked in. He helped me re-program it, and it starts right back up as if nothing ever happened. I can't thank you enough, Bobby, for your help. I will always come to this shop and recommend everyone for this shop from now on. Thank you again for your honesty and for showing yourselves to be trustworthy.

Bobby has done a bunch of work over the years on my husband and I vehicles. He has always stopped what he is doing to help and checkout what is going on. He has either fixed it if it is a quick little thing or given us an estimate and an appointment to fix our problems. Thank you Bobby.

Going to 5 star was the best decision I made. I had a tough job that had a few shops turning me away. Bobby and his crew were not only able to handle the job but got it done in a day's work while enduring unexpected hurdles that would have cost me twice as much anywhere else. This is an excellent shop that stands behind a job well done. I simply cannot recommend them any more. If you're looking for a straight forward business run by some cool people that can do pretty much anything, then this is the place. Do not waste your time with anyone else.

I recently took my '69 Olds Cutlass to 5 Star Auto Repair to repair an intake manifold leak, and to repair/upgrade my fuel and ignition systems. Micheal, Bobby, and their team are very knowledgeable, did a wonderful job, and my car runs great again! After being recommended by multiple friends, I took my Porsche 356 to 5 Star Auto…Michael & Bobby took care of my baby and made her pur like a kitten. They gave me some pointers as well on how to keep her running properly. I can now highly recommend them myself.

Ok so im not one to leave a review but when I tell you, this is the best shop in town it is I literally was stuck just because i left my keys in the car and my battery wouldn't start!! I called four different shops literally charging me $150 to 120$ and it was a two hour wait when I tell you i was getting hopeless but then I spoke to the person at 5 star on the phone and he was so professional and so understanding of my situation as payday isn't for a couple more days he told me that he would help out of the kindness of his heart... something you don't see in Vegas anymore!! I was beyond thrilled with the customer service and extremely grateful for the speedy service I will absolutely be returning for all of my mechanic needs!! Thank you 5 star!! -Lucy

Very responsive, responsible and understanding. I recently had the pleasure of taking my vehicle in for a replacement battery as my car quit starting. They were very quick and accurate with determining what was wrong. The process was quick and very thorough. They care about their customers and accuracy of business. In addition to the quick service, the workmanship was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend.

Bobby and his team are great mechanics. If you have a old school car you know what a pain it is to find a shop that will even work on your car. Pep boys wouldn't even work on my car cause it doesn't have a computer to tell them how to fix it. I watched Bobby tune my timing by ear in front of me. Guy is a master at his craft. Car has never run better. Keep in mind since it's so well known the shop is extremely busy and your car may take some time being there. Don't try to rush the process and give them time to get to get it done right. You'll be happy with the results.

5⭐️ Auto Repair should honestly be called 10Star! I called them from West Michigan and asked them to look at my daughter’s car that suddenly wouldn’t start. (She’s in college there) We had it towed there after I talked to Michael who said he could look at it the next day. He stayed in communication with us, and was over the top easy to work with! Being so far away meant I was in full blown panic and he assured me would take care of it! He did! And the pricing was MORE THAN FAIR! I wouldn’t even think of looking for another mechanic!

Our AC died on a road trip from CA to UT and they were able to squeeze us in ASAP to diagnose the problem and didn’t charge us a penny. 10/10 would recommend!!

The staff don't beat around the bush and get to the point quickly. They diagnosed the problems, let me know my options and work hard to make sure I got my money's worth. The owner is very compassionate and made a concerted effort to make me feel like I'm a part of the team. This place has my gratitude and my business for the foreseeable future.

12500 two new carburetors never saw the First new carburetor even though I paid for it the first time they never gave it back to me. Second new carburetor was not properly tuned dumped to Rich of the fuel mixture into the brand new motor which destroyed piston rings and cylinder walls. Had two other mechanic shops look at the motor and tell me the same thing without even being prompted on what was wrong. Now I'm out all that work and I have to go buy a new motor

As a girl, it’s hard to walk in somewhere with a car problem. Michael was kind, explained everything , and a straight shooter. I found them to be fair and honest. I no longer have to worry about where to take my car. It will always be to these guys.

Jason is a class act. He doesn't work on the type of car I own anymore due to how much of a pain it is sourcing parts ect, but he took the time to speak with me over the phone and help diagnose the issue.

Most phenomenal shop in town. Especially if you have a old school and if you live in the Summerlin area. On point with every suggestion and where to purchase parts. They know everything about hot rods and big old engines. I got a 455 and they worked tirelessly for months to get the temperature correct. They even checked on the status of the car by calling me personally, after I got the car back.

Today I went to 5 Star for the first time and I'm glad I did. I had an urgent issue that I had to get fixed ASAP and the only person able to do that was Bobby. The staff called him, explained the issue and he came back to shop to fix it. 99.9% of people would say I'll do it tomorrow or I can't but they really came through. I'm extremely grateful for them going out of their way! The name says it all; 5 Star Auto Repair!

This place was good, but the service has gone down. They want to keep your car for days. And then the service they did do, I’ve had to bring back my car multiple times, leaving my car there, again for days. One time, I had my sunroof locked on open l, Bobby said he could fix it. I left it there for 4 days. The whole time my sunroof was left open, on that busy-dusty, street. I ubered to get my headphones, I left in car. My whole car was packed of dust. It was horrible. I forgot to mention that when I finally got my car that Wednesday. This was Saturday when I got my headphones. He detailed the car, I still I forgot to mention that. The next day, of having my car. My front passages seat stopped working. The mechanical part, stopped working. After that, I haven’t wanted my car. It’s been a lot to deal with. The guy is very unprofessional when I speak about this to him. He can’t even see what he did. Go to a different auto place. Every time I got work done, I was always back, to get them to fix it. The cars out front are cool. The guy is nice, and talks way too much. But other than that, if you want your car done right, and fast. GO TO A BETTER PLACE. This is NOT for you. Another time, I picked up my car, and a thumb print was on my glove compartment, to open it. I usually lock it, when it drop it off. I left it unlocked this time.
