**I DO NOT recommend this company*** I have been working with a repair shop (3 Masters Auto Collision, LLC) to fix one of my cars (out of pocket, and not through insurance) since March of 2024. Since the repair shop started working on my car in March 2024, they took about 3 months to "complete" the repairs. In June of 2024 I agreed to pay in full and have the car delivered to my house (total all in cost of ~$7K), I met up with the Manager (Edgar) and he gave me a receipt for my payment. The repair shop notified me that they found a spring that was faulty and needed an additional week to fix it. I told them that was okay, but then after a week the manager kept ignoring me. More weeks would pass by and after being ignored the manager would get back to me and say that my car would get fixed "that week", but nothing has resulted from this. I even asked around October of 2024 to see the car so that I could go get the inspection done. I did notice that the car was not level, and they had still not fixed the spring on the driver side of the car. The Manager assured me that they would have it fixed by the first week of December and said he was extremely sorry and that there is no excuse for not having this fixed. I've spoken to him on the Phone maybe twice since December (after being ignored over text message) and I receive the same story, that they are going to fix my car "that week". At this point it will almost be a year that I have not had my car fixed. I do not recommend this company as they are essentially scamming me.

Do NOT use this place. Terrible owner. For weeks he told us the car would be fixed and only prolonged it for weeks. He was paid upfront for the repairs by the insurance company and has zero interest in proving customer service after that.

Edgar is probably the best customer service specialist in the auto repair industry. Friendly, polite, honest and patient. Don’t judge a book by its cover, because when you come to the shop, there’s no signage or business logo out front to identify the business. I highly recommend these guys!

Edgar and his team were amazing! My car literally looks like nothing ever happened! They were friendly, helpful, professional. Edgar was very transparent with the whole process and available if I had any questions or concerns. Pricing is very fair and they even gave my car a good clean when it was all done! Top tier service in my book!

If you're ever in need of an auto collision garage, there is no doubt this is where you have to go! Edgar is a true gentleman and a master of his craft! Our car was taken to this shop to get repaired and GEICO paid for several things to get replaced, the owner EDGAR is so unprofessional, timing was always an issue that we had our rental extended and when he agreed to pay for the difference, at the end he ignored enterprise. He pocketed the money the insurance paid him and didn’t complete the job as he should’ve. This place is a total nightmare!!! Please go somewhere else. He is ignoring all calls and text messages now.

Updated review, contacted company several weeks ago and on several occasions for an estimate. Was told they were not reviewing emails and that they will review it the day I called. Its been a week still nothing, highly disappointed.

If you find yourself needing to repair the body of your car, as I did a few weeks ago, this is the place you should go to. Edgar and his team are the most compassionate and hard working folks around. You won’t get better service anywhere else. 10/10 , 5 stars! Would recommend

My front bumper and panel needed reattaching. It was a very minor job. These folks (Edgar) gave me a quick estimate on the fly, took my car in the next day, and completed the work in a few hours. The price was reasonable and fair. Very professional. Very friendly. I will use again and highly recommend.

This place was AMAZING!!! Everyone was so helpful & always kept me updated throughout the process. They got the insurance to pay for everything & my car looks PERFECT. I'm pretty sure they even cleaned my car for me!!! S/o Edgar for the fantastic service. Would 100/10 recommend!

I found this place on google and I will definitely be back! Everyone was very patient with me (I dealt with Edgar) and very accommodating. They worked with me to find solutions that made sense for my budget. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful, I had planned on needing to take it for a wash but they already did it for me! I would give this place a 6/5 if I could, I cannot stress enough this should be the first place you try if you’re shopping around!

I recently had my truck door fixed and painted at 3 Masters and I couldn't be happier with the results. The door looks brand new! They were professional, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

I wish there were more stars available so I could give them more. Edgar and Gabby are two of the most kind and compassionate people I’ve met, ESPECIALLY in the auto body industry! I spent hundreds less than I thought I would have to and they both bent over backwards to make sure I was as satisfied as possible during a very difficult time. I told them that I would do everything in my power to send as much business their way as possible, short of causing accidents myself! So do me and yourself a favor and give these wonderful folks your businesses. The world would be a much better place with more people and businesses like this who do excellent work with extraordinary service.

This shop is no good, I brought my car here to get painted. They stole parts out of my trunk and gave me a terrible paint job. They also tried to refund my money, I just wanted my paint job done correctly and also they are not suppose to paint , they have no paint booth inspection yet.Horrible place to go , Maaco would probably be better.

Excellent work and customer service! Had some minor damage after another car backed into mine. The team at 3 Masters couldn’t have been better to deal with, from working directly with the insurance company on the estimate and approval, to keeping me informed throughout the process with updates, and the work…I couldn’t even tell there had been any damage when I picked it up. The repair and paint work are flawless, and they even cleaned the interior and washed and detailed the exterior before I picked it up. It hasn’t looked this good since I drove it off the dealership lot! Great people, great work.

I can not tell you how AMAZING this company is!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. They are impeccable, they over achieve for sure. I usually don’t write reviews but they deserve it! They were able to get my car in and start working on it, had it done in less time than expected, they kept me updated on everything!! All the staff is amazing and dealing with insurance can be a headache but they handled everything, I can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding team and great service! If you're looking for a company who cares about their customers, this is the one. They took excellent care of my car, they were responsive, they got things done in a timely manner and they helped handle the exausting back-and-forth with our insurance company. Person driving in front of me hit a deer, the deer flew up in the air and literally landed on my passenger side panel and passenger headlight. It hit so hard it shifted all sorts of things at the front of my car. David was the ONLY person who sat down with me and explained everything that was involved in the quote as this was my first experience with body work. David also worked around my schedule (busy mom of 3) and accommodated me in every way possible! My car looks better than ever and I finally found a shop that I can trust with diagnosis and costs. He even detailed the car and filled up the gas tank upon return which in no way did I expect! I am a very happy customer due to David's good service, fair pricing, accomodations and taking the time step by step to finish up the process! I never take the time to write reviews but David and his shop earned this one!!

I took my car to Three Masters to get it fixed after hitting an animal and damaging my front end. I went to pick it up today. They did a fabulous job on fixing it. Also they detailed my car inside and out. It looked like a brand new car. I appreciate the way Brandon explained what they fixed and showed me pictures of what was damaged on my car. I would recommend bringing your car to these guys they are awesome.

I unfortunately had a deer hit my car. My insurance company recommended two body shops that wouldn’t even look at my car for 4+ weeks. I received a personal recommendation to reach out to 3 Masters. After speaking with Brandon Ton, I was assured that everything would be taken care of and they could start immediately. Brandon and the crew at 3 Masters were absolutely wonderful! I was kept informed every step of the way. Brandon worked tirelessly with the insurance company to finalize the estimate, the dealership and parts supply house to procure everything needed to complete the repairs timely with the highest quality. He even coordinated with a local mechanic on some major engine maintenance that was coming due on the car. Overall I could not be happier with all of the work done. I HIGHLY recommend Brandon and the team at 3 Masters all of your automotive/auto body repairs.

This place was recommended to me after hitting an entire tire tread from a tractor trailer on I-81. This was the first time I ever needed body work and had no idea what to do. Brandon and his team made everything so easy for me by working with my insurance carrier, setting up a rental car and keeping me I formed throughout the process. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned inside and out and better than it had since I bought it new. They were so professional and nice to work with.
