After doing research on not only my vehicle but also in search of a NAPA auto repair center, I came across 3 Man Auto Service. Shortly after reading reviews and checking the hours of operation, I took my car in the next day to get serviced. . . . Not only was greeted by everyone in the shop but I felt welcomed and heard after stating my concerns with my vehicle. . . The shop inspected my car, ordered the parts and fixed my vehicle in no time. I was updated through the process and trusted my car was in good hands. They are honest men, reasonably priced and very professional. They have a returning customer in me and I would suggest anyone to try them out. I appreciate the promptness and hospitality as I waited to get my car serviced, especially as a walk-in. Thank you all again!

Great experience. Another shop told me I needed both engine mounts replaced. I went prepared to have both replaced. They told me I only needed 1. Truly honest. They could have easily charged me for both.

I heard some squeaking from my vehicle (which I thought meant it was time for new brakes). I was referred to 3 Man Auto by a friend of mine and they took my car out for a drive and inspected it and found my brakes to still have plenty of life. There was no charge for any of the time they put in to checking out my vehicle which was very surprising but greatly appreciated. I will for sure return to this shop when it is time for news brakes as well as for any other car maintenance need's. Great customer service!

You won't find a better place to trust your car care to. I can't say enough about them!!! They have great service where they won't charge you for things you don't need....and their prices are very reasonable. They are friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you pick up your vehicle and everything in between, keeping you informed about what's going on along the way. Don't let the location fool you, because what is inside is what matters and it is TOP-Notch. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else!!!

I would recommend this business for great service and attention to our unscheduled truck suspension/brake repair! They took our truck in late in the afternoon, stayed late that night and had it out first the next morning. They stayed to get it done and we appreciated the effort, attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend

So if charging me significantly over the quoted labor cost wasn’t bad enough, they were kind enough to stick the old parts in my trunk for ME to dispose of, despite charging a disposal fee…who does that?

Had my company truck brought there. It has run out of gas and wouldn't start after. I've been around long enough to know something easy was the fix. I.e fuel filter etc. So new fuel pump and 2000 dollars later there was ,of coarse water in the line. Go figure. Rip off mudder fudders

This auto shop is operated by the kindest man!! They offer very affordable prices and worked with full honesty. When I came to pick up the car, my total was $50 cheaper than he initially stated because he admitted it didn’t take him as long as he thought it would. I truly appreciate his business and recommend to anyone looking for an affordable auto shop!

Wow, hands down the best service I’ve had. I drove 12 hours to drop my student at UofSC. Brakes failed and needed quick service. Mechanic was spot on, parts installed and truck is perfect. Brought my truck in to have the coolant flushed and when I came to pick it up I was charged $50 dollars extra for a charge for a/c inspection. I did not ask for this and was left with a half taken apart ac unit.

They fix my break line did a good job they are very busy so you just have to be patient... I kept calling and all my questions were answered for the most part...

Too expensive. Unable to get my car fixed. Another mechanic told me it should have cost no more than $700 to fix car and they were STARTING at $900. I realize labor isn't cheap but to charge a senior citizen that kind of money is crazy. The guys were polite but the price was too high.
