Scammers stealing from hard working people. They have such a complex authorization form that they will charge 3 times for doing the same thing. They were there for less than 2 hours and bill was $963 for a $50 part. Said that they put 12 gallons of coolant when the truck takes 10 and the system was not completely empty to the last drop as they said. They will charge miles, time and part run on the same time. Truck was 2 miles from shop and they said 55 miles total. No matter how small, You will pay 10 times for the repair.

Broke down Friday late afternoon in Lowes parking lot. Couldn't get trans or parts till Monday. Was up and running Tuesday evening with new Trans and parts. Gary the mechanic was excellent, better than any experience I've ever had at any dealership and thousand of dollars less. Support these kind of business and try to stay away from the dealerships if possible. This is my go to place for repairs now whenever I'm around Houston. Again great service and good prices. So you all know, I've been a owner operator since 1980, so I know what I'm saying here.
