Had a 22" rim with a crack, they were able to repair/weld it fast and get me back on my way quickly! Cash only though so bring some cash.

I've been here before many times and I came today to put a used tire on for $55. At the last minute they say that they only take cash I looked around right away and saw one little small sign. They have an ATM and I tried to use my credit card but there's problems with the PIN. (Trust me the card is working because I went to their competitor off of South Post Oak and he was able to take credit cards) It worked out perfect for me because with tax and everything I only paid $48 to the competitor. R.E.R. Tire shop. Much better service and much faster service than these clowns. It's so stupid if they just had credit cards even if they wanted to charge a little bit more they could say Hey you know it if there's a fee you know five-dollar fee or $10 fee to use a credit card I would still understand. I remember about a couple years ago I use the same credit card my Mastercard and there was just heavy set black woman there she took my credit card I purchased one tire from them at the time. The staff today kept saying they always only accepted CASH, I I know this to be false because I've purchased tires from them in the past. When exactly did they change that stupid policy I don't know. But I do remember paying with my credit card. I asked him can he just do it this one time. And he refused.

literally the worst place i’ve ever been to. brought my mercedes for a tire change, they forgot to put my sensor back in i came back to tell them about it and they lied saying they didn’t take it out but they’re suppose to every time they change a tire. now im missing a sensor on my tire replying to comment: the guy called himself breaking the lock on my tire just to rip me off some money but comes to find out the locks weren’t even on. my husband showed me the locks to my car which were put up in the trunk of the car. and the guy took the whole wheel off my car. i was missing my sensor after coming to you guys.

Do not go here. It’s convenient, but It will cost you waaaay more money in the long run. I went in for a simple new tire. Had to go back the next day because it ran flat & they were unable to remove the tire THEY PUT ON. They had to break my wheel locks in order to replace the tire. Here I am, a month later finding out that the second tire was still put on incorrectly. Thankfully I’m at a more trusted auto shop, but am still having to pay for damage this shop is responsible for. The only reason I’m giving 2 starts is because the manager was extremely nice and tried his best to be helpful.

I call the guy just one hour before going in to schedule an appointment, guy says over the phone that it’s ok to walk in and they would be able to take me in without appointment. I get there, suddenly, he makes excuses and says some of his crew are going home, and asked I come back another time. I told him I drove all the way in on his advice, and acting stunned that I dare even complain, he sarcastically says, “we weren’t busy then!!” Unprofessional hacks, save your time, go elsewhere. They’re clearly used to dealing with street people given their attitude and unprofessionalism.

This place is a U-Haul dealer and shouldn't be so don't go there for anything U-Haul. It is unsafe, unclean, and unstaffed. I have no idea if the tire/mechanic services are good but do not go here for U-Haul and save the time and frustration. U-Haul should very seriously look to invalidate the dealer license for this location.

Would leave 0 stars but not an option. On 12/30/24 My husband took my car in for a 4-wheel alignment with a groupon he bought. To note: the suspension (all four wheels) was completely rebuilt with new OEM parts, so he needed an alignment. When the alignment was finished the worker told him that some "other stuff" needs to be fixed too, including the NEWLY installed inner tie rod. When he asked him what was wrong, he replied "its just bad." When my husband started to pull out of the shop, within two feet of moving, the tires went sideways, one to the right one to the left and he could not physically leave the shop... the tires EVEN BLOCKED THE CAR DOORS. They had to JACK car up just to push the tires back straight in order to roll the car back into the shop. Turns out, they PULLED the inner tie rod on the driver's side completely out of the steering rack and it was hanging inside the boot. (YES we KNOW what we are talking about). Captain obvious pointed out that the tie rod was out and decided to re-install the tie rod but they obviously did not know how to do it. When they couldn't fit it in, they decided to remove the stop washer. My husband TOLD the workers how to re-install it but they refused to listen. He Literally showed him how to install it, yet the worker did not pren(?) the lock washer (where you bend the washer over the nut to lock it in). After a couple of hours they claimed that it was fixed. However, today 12/31/24 we had the work checked and 24 hr tire failed to reinstall the boots, the venting tube, did not lock the washer, the old clamp was hanging free of the tie rod, the brand new tie rod boot was hanging off and torn, and CV axle boot is torn. This a thousand dollars ($1000+) in damage resulting from a SERVICE they claim to know how to do (an alignment). Not once, BUT TWICE- They tried to hide the damage from him and were willing, and did try to, send my husband home, on the highway, with these mechanical failures that could have killed him and others... and we HAVE A BABY on the way!!! We have sympathy for working people, we are working people, and know that things happen, people make mistakes. People should have the decensy to right their wrong and not repeatedly hide and lie about their mistakes.. SO the reason we are reporting this is because they... 1. They did not tell him (before driving off) that something was wrong/broken/needed attention from a competent mechanic and he had to tell him (when the tires went sideways). 2. They did not fix it. 3. They tried to LIE/HIDE the damage and put what THEY (break things) did on my husband and imply that it his fault. 4. They would not admit that they messed up or take responsibility. THIS IS UN-ETHICAL, dangerous, and down right criminal. They have been reported to groupon and the better buisness bureau and let this be a warning to you, Houston.

El 11/27 vine en la madrugada a qué me repararan una llanta, lo hicieron y me cobraron un precio justo a pesar de haber sido en la madrugada. Hoy 11/28 vine a las 5:30 am por que la misma llanta amaneció con poco aire. La revisaron y vieron que estaba relacionado con la reparación anterior. La repararon y no me cobraron nada, además fueron muy amables. Eso habla bien de un negocio. ¡Totalmente recomendados!

Had an incident right before a road trip that resulted in a cracked rim. I was told to go here so I did and was quoted $130 for a welding job and told it would be only 45 minutes after I specifically told them I needed to be gone in a hour since I had to make my destination by a certain time. If it was an impossible job I would’ve just went somewhere else and bought a new rim and tire. Waited for almost a hour and a half and constantly was told it’ll be 10 more minutes. Never coming here again and don’t recommend any other female to come here because you will be taken advantage of!

Literally came here at 1:30 AM. Didn’t even know I could change my tire that late. I came in with a spare and got a new used tire for $65. Very helpful and fast service (cash only btw)

I went here Halloween night and paid $15 to get a nail out of my tire, they only put air in my tire though….for $15 dollars.
