Sold me a bad tire. I needed a tire and he knew that, and sold me a bad tire and up charged me for it. $60 for a used tire and when I came home it had a bubble on it. My fault for not checking before it was installed, however I had kids in the car and was on the other side of town and was ready to go. I feel scammed but lesson learned.
