I came for my tire, they told me to bring my car to the front. Once I brought it to the front no one came. I wanted for 15 minutes. Cars out in the open, unlocked easy to steal. I would not recommend coming here unless you want your car to get stolen.

Thank you very much to the owner and the mechanics who fixed my car I was very satisfied with their service they fixed my car engine and other things and in a short time they left it as new. I recommend them 100% do a good job. And they have payment plans. Also thanks to the gentleman who details my car I was given the clean car they have a good service thank you, thank you. Good Friday Afternoon...... I'm excited about picking up my vehicle from 19th Auto Repair..... It's always a pleasant experience when I visit Alberto..... I've known him for almost 10 years..... Lleve mi carro a cambio de aceite. Algo tan sencillo.. ahora mi carro trae un tiradero de aceite.. es la primera vez que le hago un cambio de aceite fuera del Dealer de Toyota.. llego a este lugar y son pésimos que ni para un cambio de aceite lo pueden hacer bien no los recomiendo para nada.. una Toyota rav4 2020 que desesperante

STOP! Do Not Trust these people with your car! Read ALL of the negative reviews. Everything they mentioned happened to us, PLUS MORE!! We should've read them all ourselves before our horrible experience. We had used them prior and was told they could handle our repair needs. Repairs on the last job took over 2 months. No reimbursement for anything. 1,000 miles was put on our vehicle while in their custody!! TRUTH, because I monitor our mileage. No explanation about why, how, or what was taking so long or about why they drove it when we couldn't. No answer on their "text line" for days on end. EMPTY gas tank. Parts were replaced that had warranty and not reimbursed. Stolen stereo amplifier, not replaced or reimbursed. Settings changed on the interior, like someone was using it regularly. The list goes on and on. You will be punished by them. They Do Not CARE about you, your need for your car, or for how much it costs you in time, emotion, effort, or money. They are not to be trusted at all! Please take your car to another shop!! Our search for a trusted mechanic for our 3 older vehicles CONTINUES!!

Luis from 19th Auto Repair has been a guardian angel! Found 19th Auto Repair through RepairPal for a Carmax warranty to fix my daughter's car. We are from New Mexico and my daughter is going to college in Phoenix. Her car wouldn't start so we towed the car to 19th Auto Repair. We found out it was the starter which had been replaced by VMP Auto in New Mexico 15 months ago and was still under warranty through NAPA Auto Care. NAPA Auto Care warranty worked with Luis from 19th Auto Repair to get the starter replaced under warranty and Luis was so kind and patient with us and went the extra mile to make sure my daughter was taken care of. He also gave her a free oil change for all our trouble and stress and made sure her battery was replaced since it was found to be lacking. Luis kept me informed via text and phone calls from New Mexico and made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend 19th Auto Repair for all your car needs. You will be taken care of fairly and with kindness and great quality work! Thank you, Luis, we will be back for our car maintenance.

OMGoodness, I was so worried that I wasn't going to fix my car!! . Because every auto shop wanted way more then what I could afford.. Albert and his team of mechanics ,are amazing.!! Very nice and humble people. How fast and amazing work that they did on my car 2008 BMW very reasonable in all their parts with a year of warranty. They're also willing to go to your house and tow your car for free with repairs done on your car... now, these days you can't beat that price. The manager Alberto was really sweet helping me out and squeeze me in. Helping with pricing where another place charge me arm and leg. Things can get really pricy and they there to help me out. Gonna go here more. And Luis very helpful. We need more like them. They offered financing to help with making payments so not have to pay all at once

I broke down on 19th and camelback, my serpentine belt had split in half and my car was not drivable. I managed to get a new belt but needed a ratchet for the repair and asked one of the guys here if I could borrow one, he not only agreed but brought my car from where I broke down to the shop and ordered to fix it free of charge. Everyone was so helpful and kind, I will be returning to get my AC fixed as well. Can't recommend them enough!

I highly recommend 19th auto repair. The serpentine belt and alternator went out in my 2015 RAV4. Alberto drove all the way out to Carefree on a Saturday to tow my car to the shop, at no additional charge. They repaired my car as quoted and had my car back to me very quickly. In the short time that I was at the shop to pick up my car, I noticed all the guys in the shop working steady and helping each other out. The whole team appears to take great pride in their work. I plan to continue to take my car to 19th auto repair. They offer high quality work at a fair price and a quick turnaround. They understand the true meaning of customer service.

Thank you so much for getting our car in very quickly. Our Infiniti was over heating and locking for some reason. They fixed it so fast it amazed me. We didn’t have all the money but they offered us financing which was super helpful. I’m so happy I found this place. Would definitely recommend!

They treat their staff like family, not only staff I also felt welcomed and appreciated. I was nervous about getting a diagnosis imagining if they would create problems to charge me for. To my relief 🥲 that was not the case was honest and helpful about my situation. I’am single parent so it means allot to not take a financial hit. 💕

they couldnt repair my vehicle and still charged half the price lost 550 dollars plus the owners was super rude and the workers are very rude as well wouldn’t ever go back there…
