Great customer service both in person and via phone. Called in the morning about a radiator in which Kathay informed me they had and gave me the price quote. I went after I got of work and purchased the radiator, which has a lifetime warranty. I saved approximately $190.00. They also carry A/C parts and catalytic converters. Called to see if they had a radiator in stock and Catherine told me 155-160 for a 2005 Ford F-150, but when I got there the dude at the counter said she didn't say that and charged me 180 for it.

I have been buying from NICK and Tim, for years here and they’re phenomenal and COMPETENT!! I opened a shop up in NEW MEXICO, and I tried getting an AC condenser locally and no one could even cross reference the part number or even try, I called back to florida in 5 minutes he had it located and shipped to me across the country, issue solved in minutes!!

Awesome customer service. Mrs. Tonya was a great help. I misplaced my invoice and she went above and beyond to find the order to be sure I could use my warranty for a part. I’ve used them numerous times for multiple cars and I have yet to disappointed. I’ll recommend 1800 radiator to anyone.

They found a hard to find radiator that I have been looking for over 2 months and got it to me in a few days. There was damages from shipping, not their fault but they worked with me and made it right, on a Saturday. Very impressive customer service and nice people. Highly recommend.
