They did their job, did it well, and for less money then all the other surrounding tire shops. Had to practice my Spanish and they their English but nothing wrong with that.

Been going through hard times lately and of course when it rains it pours and I got a flat tire and needed a cheap used tire. I called around to a few places and thankfully I decided to here. The 2 guys were so quick and kind, even helping me put my spare back in the mess of my trunk because he didn’t want me to burn myself. I highly recommend them!

I own a Lexus hs250h, normally I would be getting repairs from the dealership, however I live so close to this shop and an unexpected flat tire, caused me to stop in a few months back. Carlos, treated me with utmost respect. I have used their tire services several times. As for repair work, I recently needed my brake rotors replaced , but couldn't afford the $600 Midas was going to charge. I bought the parts myself (178 for the best and pads) and brought them here. All together, I ended up paying $250. There is a small language barrier, but the owner is unbelievably patient with me as I look to translate whatever information I may not understand, then teaches me and my kiddos, the correct Espanol. 🤗!! Most importantly, I found trust in this mechanic, something hard to find in phoenix. I know he's not going to try to charge me more than what is fair, actually times I feel he has been too fair and make sure he gets tipped appropriately! I'm a single mom, With 2 children, a budget and very little knowledge of cars, this place has been a blessing to my family.

My tire had a slow leak,and thought I would have it patched,but instead,replaced with "good used tire". If there was any new tires,they must've been behind the establishment,under lock&key,and not in front. Work was timely,considered I was the only person there...and their dog,which was walking in circles around three tires. Btw,he was entertaining. Worth the trip.🤭

We were travelling cross country on the 4th of July & found this place open. Had a vibration up front and they identified a problem with one of our front tires. They offered a great deal on a pair of used tires with very good tread life and we were back on the road in no time! Would recommend!!

If I could rate this tire shop with less than 1 star, I would. I was VERY specific about the tires I was interested in purchasing and was told that the tires were in stock. The price and specifics were agreed upon and an appointment was made. After I arrived I was told that the tires we talked about just 15 minutes prior weren't available but that they have similar tires that would work. The similar tires were a no name brand with less than stellar reviews. This is obviously a routine practice at this shop as the employee showed zero remorse and offered no apology. I hope this review is helpful in steering business and your hard earned dollars away from 16th Street Tire & Wheel and towards a more honest and deserving tires shop.

Miguel was efficient, friendly, and fast. Most importantly, he didn't over-torque the lug nuts! I went in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced on a Monday afternoon. No wait. No highway vibration. Yay!

Spoke with a lady on Sunday afternoon and she quoted me a price. I called the next morning to confirm and she confirmed the price and yes they had the tire. I even called 30 minutes before I got there to give them a heads up that I was on my way. Once I got to the shop I was told no one told him I was coming and the price I was quoted was not the correct price. The lady who said i was lying said she's speaks with alot of people, but she remembered telling me what time the other shop closed, but doesn't remember quoting me that price. This place has the worst service ever and I will never give them a penny!!! I will never reccomend anyone to go there!!!!

Total bait and switch scam artists. If you see their ads on Offerup be aware that the tires they advertise are NOT the tires you'll get when you arrive, in fact they didn't even stock the brand of tires I was assured they had. Shame on them.

Very fast and efficient. I got a nail in my tire on a Saturday and was expecting to be busy they got me in right away and out within 15 minutes. Nice people and cute dog at the shop too. Bonus points. I highly recommends
