The worst oil change company in America. Please avoid these people. I went to one of their location in Dallas Texas and paid a little over $100, and my car was returned to me without any oil change done. You can’t make this up. I went home and starting seeing oil change due on the dashboard, and that’s when I bought my own oil and went to my mechanic who had to change the oil and in the process, he found out the oil filter was dirty and the oil itself was extremely dirty. You can’t make this up. This is as bad as a doctor prescribing poison to his/her patients in return for money.

My Husband went in to get his car inspected on Monday. The machine failed him, although there was no codes present. Make that make sense to me. First of all we have a 2021 Chevy. And there have been no issues because we keep up on the maintenance always. So the next day, my husband goes in again and explains to the inspector what happened the day before and the inspector says yes there are no codes, but the machine can’t read something, but it may be a functioning problem with the machine. So on the third day, we took the car to a different location and lo and behold the car pass for the inspection. my wife called this morning and spoke to an unprofessional associate at that facility explaining the situation. I told him that we need a refund because there was something wrong with their machine. He said no refunds. I don’t understand why they just can’t admit something is wrong with their machine, but in any case I’ll be reporting them to the state and pass it off as if it works taking peoples money and lying because the error is with them and their machine I do not recommend this place to nobody and if you know like I know do not take your car to be inspected at 10 Minute Oil on Fondren

I have gotten several oil changes here in the past. The staff and service is always really good except for today. I went for an oil change today and they refused to service my car. There are some new staff members that seem lazy since I was the only customer there at the time. I didnt see any of the old staff members. I was not rude or anything like that. I was just confused about having to get out of my car since I didnt have to do that the times before. I was already outside my car when they told me to take my car somewhere else. They lost a repeat customer for good.

I love to come here for my oil changes. They don’t try to sale you anything else you didn’t ask to buy or change. Customer service is always great 👍🏼

I went for an oil change due to it is close to where I live I got there at 5:05 pm they close at 6 pm a guy came out of the garage and said there closed I said it says online you close at 6pm he said yes but there working on a car wow what kind of business is that I will not be returning

Stopped by because they were located close to my job and I needed an oil change. After hearing they wanted $100, I quickly left. Pretty outrageous price.

Very good service. Been going here for years, I didn't change my oil since 21 because I had a heath problem last year. Everyone treats me like I'm a child, but these treated like I was a real adult! It felt good. If you're disabled or just don't feel well, go here. They went over and above anyone.

I ABSOLUTELY loved my experience. It was my first time. Everyone was so nice and polite. I didn't even have to get out of my car! Definitely going back for my next oil change!

Manager was super unprofessional, I was promised a service by one of their managers(Carlos) and one of their employees and the second manager turned me down because they didn’t feel like doing it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

i have been going here for 6 years for oil changes and inspection. The personnel always. i wonder why Greg who is a black man now has a all white employee roster? Also the service is not as good as when i started. My last experience their was not good getting an inspection and i will not be going back anymore.
