Showed up 30 minutes before they close and they had all the gates shut. All parked in the back getting drinking their beers and getting wasted telling me they were closed. I stated time says they closed at 6. And one of them stated they decided to shut it down early to have a good time. Absolutely unprofessional

Van 2 veces que me cambian el aceite hay y me dicen que no tienen del más barato y siempre tienen nomas del más caro y las 2 veces saliendo de hay a los 15 min me falla Algo que no me fallaba antes de entrar hay y los trabajadores siempre andaban marihuanos siempre están en sus carros fumando mota, jamás vuelvo a ir a ese lugar de mierda

These people told my wife that the rear brake pads needed replacing. She agreed and paid them $150. This was in April, 2024. Today (December 12, 2024) I took the car into my reliable shop. They told me the rear brake pads needed replacement. Ten Minute Oil Change either didn't do the work or put on brake pads made out of marshmallows.

This place is terrible. They did an oil change on my Lincoln mkz and overfilled it with oil. I had to pay the Lincoln dealership over $250 to drain and replace the oil after my car was running badly. They also send a dirty kid with a ratty air filter to tell you that yours needs to be replaced, and it's not your actual filter.

I went there to get my brakes done and they locked them up and changed me 1600$. Told me it's nothing they can do. This was in September. My car still not fixed. They messed up my car. I got the receipts to prove. They will trash your vehicle for cash. I'm going to be getting me a lawyer for the cash they stole.

Oil change is outrageous! I asked why? He said it was high mileage oil and that is what the computer says.I dive 12 miles per day to work & home. Will be shopping around.

I have been a customer here for over fifteen years. I think today will be my last visit. I've had four oil changes in the last year and everytime I have come in they were out of regular oil and I was forced to go high mileage for additional money. Today they just came out and said they weren't going to carry it anymore. I pressed the issue and was told "that was then, this is now". I them inquired about the multiple signs saying 29.99$ oil change. I got silence. I guess it's time to move on to a different spot. Things have definitely changed since the gentleman with the birds left.

I took my 2020 Chevy Equinox for a state inspection because today is the last day of August and my sticker expires today. Chuck Fairbanks where I usually go had no appointments. The employee at this place comes to get me to show me that the rubber on my windshield was peeling off. I was like really!? How much is that? We have some 50, 60, and 70. I got in my car and went right to Chuck Fairbanks to see if they could work me in and they did. The guy at Chuck Fairbanks told me if it's peeled down an inch or more it has to be replaced. Guess what, it was only an inch. The cleanest inch I ever seen. Didn't look worn or anything. It was a clean cut. I will never go back to this place. My first and last time.

Oil change was fine but they have birds in cages mounted to the wall in the service bay in terrible, tiny cages. It was very upsetting to see, when I asked about the birds, the guy said they belong to the owner. I hope he will see this and invest in some humanely sized bird cages or rehome the birds.

Got hit with minor body work on my Mazda 3 before I renewed my registration. As soon as I got the vehicle back I went to this neighborhood place that I used to love. They told me that I needed to drive it 150 miles first. I expressed concern that I would get a ticket. They gave me a clear message they didn’t care and had to get to other customers. BTW I had forgotten that I was turned down for inspection before at this location for fishy reasons like windshield dings and wipers. Oh and they charge to air up tires even if they do other stuff. Unfortunately money is the only priority here.

Nice guy, the manager (I think, he wasn't wearing any coveralls, bright Polo shirt). Anyways, he let me sit in my vehicle didn't have to move. Got my inspection done in 10 minutes.

This place is shady ... These guys steal from the car and, as indicated in previous reviews, break parts and cause damage to cars. When asked about it, they simply ignore you as if you are not even standing there. Again, check other reviews, I am not the only one. I cannot wait for someone else to open a legit business there because location is convenient to many - including myself.

Good customer service from mechanics, who did a quick and fast job for my vehicle inspection. I was so pleased with the service I went home and brought my other vehicle due for inspection in December to them

He venido aquí por varios años. Las últimas dos oportunidades la atención ha sido muy mala. Solo cuando esta el dueño los empleados son atentos. Además, los mecánicos aparentemente están bajo la influencia de marihuana. Pude observarlos fumando antes de atenderme y al acercarse era evidente por el olor. Ojalá el dueño pueda hacer algo porque es un muy buen lugar.

I have been going here for years with different cars that I have owned and they are the best auto care place by far for just about any needs for your car! The owner and mechanics are very humbled and gives the best satisfaction possible.. Thanks guys!
