I have finally found an honest, reliable automotive shop. All the people are very experienced on all aspects of auto care. I won't take my car anywhere else ever. Thanks guys for a job very well done...I appreciate all your honest hard work...thanks again

Terrible service their mechanic gave me and everyone before a bad attitude will never come here again there not professional. ( Weather I would of been charged for doing the right thing or not it still doesn't make it right to be disrespectful to customers and have no sense of professionalism and great service ) I would of rather been charged and been spoken with respect and the other people before as well. Your in the customer service business it's important you hold that standard

I used to come here long time ago and I quit coming here because I got into the receptions I was standing in front of her and she was ignoring me for 20 min so we got an arguement and did not come back till now. I been taking my car behind them but it was closed temporarily. But I glad I came back the Receptionist I think Maggi or Margie was very nice to me. It only took 15 min for smog and its done. So ill definitely will come back on next time.

If you close at 2, then post your hours as such. Any business that refuses me when I show up an hour before your posted closing time, will never again get my business.

Last time I was there I was waiting at least 2 hrs or more I was only there to do a smog check once they finally got my car into the intersection spot they only looked at it for a good 10 mins and told me it couldn’t be smogged and still charged me FULL price i was waiting 2 hrs just so they can look at the car for 10 mins and tell me I have to pay. Never went back.

Would not recommend Horrible customer service . Front desk lady was rude and cussed me out infront of my son . She told me to arrive at 2:15 , so I did and when upon arrival , she told me I couldn’t be helped anymore . They close at 3 , but seems to me as she was just trying to leave work early or on the dot . Still no excuse to cuss me out infront of my son

They did work with me one getting a full test done. But I needed a full test done for the dmv saying that the vehicle failed. And they didn’t finish the test the first time “cause it was gonna fail anyway”. I just think that no matter what you should finish the test because you don’t know everyone’s situation and I need the certification failure paper. To give me an extension for repairs.
